EQUIPOS TÉCNICOS ?

En el día de ayer se reunieron los coordinadores de los Equipos Técnicos «CREAR», que trabajan en el ámbito de la fundación de nuestro partido Frente Grande Nacional.

Luego de una exposición introductoria sobre la cuestión del Partido Judicial en la coyuntura política actual por parte de Enrique Fernández Quintana (presidente de la Agrupación de Abogadas y Abogados Dr. Julio Maier), se entabló un debate que concluyó con que la democratización y la construcción de una justicia independiente es central para la vida de la República Argentina.

Esta es una gran deuda que el gobierno del Frente de Todos aún tiene con el conjunto de la sociedad y con su propio programa electoral del 2019. La Justicia en nuestro país, es ejercida como una herramienta política de poderes corporativos que actúan en las sombras. Por este motivo, el Frente Grande tendrá como eje central para el 2023 -y como temática principal a impulsar para la gestión 2023/2027- abordar transversalmente la cuestión judicial para generar conciencia y acción. Esto se hará no sólo desde los Equipos Técnicos, sino que también se buscará crear un foro en pos de una justicia justa con organizaciones sociales, sindicales, culturales y empresariales, otros partidos, ciudadanos de a pie, etc.

Si queremos que nuestra democracia continúe y no se convierta cada vez más en una simple ficción, debemos dar el debate y actuar. Caso contrario, estaremos de vuelta ante tiempos oscuros en los que peligrarán nuestros derechos y nuestra dignidad.
